3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the Services as outlined in their agreement with Moneto. Payments are one-time and must be made in full prior to the commencement of Services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment Methods: Moneto accepts payments via credit card and other methods as specified on our Website.

  • Refunds: Payments for Services are non-refundable, except in cases where Moneto fails to deliver the agreed-upon Services. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the payment date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and any necessary materials required for Moneto to deliver the Services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Moneto as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of Moneto until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets, which are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moneto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific Services in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quebec.

8. Amendments

Moneto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
